We have seen Shah Rukh Khan portray different avatars. From an army officer to the lover boy but very rarely we see Shah Rukh don the father s role. While we saw a glimpse of a daddy cool father version in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, a new advertisement featuring King Khan has caught our attention. The father of three undergoes a makeover to bring our typical fathers to the small screen.
In the first advertisement in the series, the actor recreates three fathers from three regions of the country a South Indian, Gujarati and Bengali father. In the first, he stars with a thick moustache, thin-framed glasses and curly hair. The second version sees the actor with a thinner moustache and a printed shirt. For the third look, he ditches the moustache and dons the thick big rimmed glasses. What is common among them all? All the fathers are worried about their child s education. Typical dads, isn t it?

While all the three were adorable, the look of the Guju dad reignited the memories of Surendra Sahani of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. SRK has been experimenting with his looks in front of the camera lately. While we saw him transform into his own fan in Fan and look dapper in Raees, the actor plays a dwarf in Anand L Rai s Zero. The actor shared a sneak peek of his look a few months ago. Meanwhile, BollywoodLife exclusively reported that Khan is no longer a part of the Hindi remake of Tamil movie Vikram Vedha. The actor, who convinced the production house to cast him for Vijay Sethupathi s role, was not keen about director duo, Pushkar and Gayatri (who were at the helm of the original movie), to lead the remake. Given Neeraj Pandey was associated with the movie, SRK wanted him on the director’s chair as well. These reasons might have led to the actor’s leaving the project.
